Default I can see it now...

Fishapalooza is going to turn from a tent and raft gathering into a RV/travel trailer and drift boat gathering.

These boys (and ladies) catch on quick!

I agree. The fish are all in the lakes anyway. It's after Labor Day.

You all are getting soft. If I can make it down, I'm going to sleep under visqueen and float with some water wings.

When will you guys be down there this year? I mean, when WOULD you have been down there if the fishing wasn't going to be so crappy? I'm thinking of maybe meeting up with you guys, since all my fishing buddies are bailing on me.

Oops, never mind. I see the dates in your signature. I'll be on a trip in the middle of those dates already, but I'll be in the area to maybe stop by and have a beer or two. Or three.

Hell, they almost did last year after reports of some problem bear. Turned out to be BS. No bears in the area.

If you can drink beer and tolerate campfire smoke, do drop in

If I ever saw a bear, no way I would go back. Saw a program on the Animal Planet a while back.

    Terrifying

Makes me want to buy a chain link body suit and carry bear spray the size of a fire extinguisher.

I have not slept well in weeks.

What are these bears you speak of
    Is that Alaskan for hogs/pigs/swine
I know there are pigs in the area because one was snorting at the side of my tent at 2:30 one morning. But that could have just been Phish stumbling home from the campfire.

He told you he was stumbling to be polite. He was pissing on your tent

That's it. If I see a bear, I'm complaining to the forest service and demanding my money back. This was not in the brochure!

Man, screw this. I am taking Mrs. Danattherock birdwatching this year. You daredevils have fun on your angling motivated beer fest trip.
