yup i have been up to both it and Klutina and the range in between.. expect a lot of wheeler traffic for moose back there... as for bear..

there are plenty of them. lost a 45" bull to a huge ol bear that drug him off in the night. it has bee about 10 years since we rode back there. but was great country to hunt .

ya the moose hunting is ok...ben up there a few times in the late ninetys and early 00.....however if its brown bear ur lookin for...aint none....theres grizzly though. too far from the coast for the big coastal brownies. however there is alot of grizz...and in unit thirteen you dont need a grizz tag to wack one.....good luck.

    A couple of questions.
Do you know where you're getting dropped off?
Are you going to have any way to get around the lake?
The reason for my questions is I spent several years guiding out there and might be able to help you with some info.
