    Default Alaska Airlines Known Shipper

I just finished the "Known Shipper" process, and it was not nearly as bad as expected. 10-14 days total, onsite inspection fee, and it was a done deal. Now to try and figure out the packaging, etc. for shipping meat/cape/antlers home from DIY Caribou in Brooks. Nine days and counting!

I went through that process about a year and a half ago. It took about 2 months for them to complete. It was pretty rediculous. Glad to hear that they shortened the process. Be careful with the antler rates, they can really bite you.

spit the racks at skull plate and make a box and tape the points well. you wont get gouged by the antler ship price. Also it is not necessary to be a know shipper in AK just if you want it shipped out of the state.

Anyone can use Gold Streak, otherwise I believe you need to be a known shipper. Maybe it has changed.
