    First Moose shot it with my Z7 with carbon express F-15's moose went 15 Yards fell back and died within seconds, it was amazing.

    another advantage of living where the moose are instead of on base where you have to have the golden ticket - Good job Tom, heading to the Haul rd at 0400, should be interesting.

    My buddy has a tank for a jeep went off the road hooked it up put it on a trailer and did the dirty work at home.

    how much penetration did you get on him i shot one last year and only got about a foot into him so im wondering if thats the norm or what.

    my new Z 7 is drooling today.. had a cow and bull walk through the yard as soon as i pulled out... wife was on the phone laughing agian...

    but still 1 days till ours starts... but it seems they like my clover so perhaps they will be back

    Not even a question, complete pass through still doing about 340 ft per sec on the other side. Never found the arrow, the blood shot behind both shoulders looked like I shot it with my 270 short mag.

    With those carbon express f-15 I'm shooting through my 3 day old yellow jacket broadhead target

    1 ft of penetration is not the norm. I've seen recurves shoot them clean up to the fletchings and 50# compounds at 250fps go clean through.
