    Default Shotgun question

What make/model of shotgun would you most likely spend money on buying a chance ticket to win one? Why?

    Benelli SBE or SBE2.

Why? Because it's the best waterfowling and all around shotgun around (my opinion of course), and it's not something that would be so pretty that i'd be afraid to shoot it.

Engraved and gold inlaid O/U's are works of art, and I don't question that their retail value is higher than an SBE. But I would only ever shoot it at skeet, and when I'm shooting skeet, I want to be improving my skills with my hunting gun.

Myself I am a Beretta man, my current one is a AP300.
It's about 10 years old and as tight today as the day I took it out of the box.
I don't like the synthetic guns, I prefer the beautiful wood stock and engraved recievers.

She isn't as pretty as she once was but I have hunted her from AK to TX and 3 canadian provinces and each nick in the stock is a wonderful memory.

i'd go for a merkel sxs. 20 gauge, 26 in barrels. i don't think i would ever take one waterfowling, i've just always wanted one, and i'll never be able to afford one unless i won it.
