Default Fishin on the way to Seward, suggestions?

My little brother is in town and were heading to Seward for a charter on Sat, driving down Friday. Anyone care to suggest a good stop off place to hit on the way? I was thinking about hitting Bird creek but it sounds like it could be hit or miss. It would be nice to have a couple other options if the fishing at Bird is slow.

If you like pinks, you can always hit Hope...

I thought about it, but I was in Valdez for the 4th of July and got all the pinks I need. I'd much rather catch silvers or reds.

Should be able to pull a silver or two out of Bird, Ingram, Glacier or Ressurection Creek (Hope). Just have to "weed out" the humpies. For Reds your only option will be the Russian/Upper Kenai.

Thanks Rocklizard, I figured Russian/Upper Kenai for reds, wasn't sure where else to hook silvers.

Hopefully I'll have good pics to post after the weekend.
