Default The Little Su was redhot this morning!!!

I fished with Norm from Rainbow River. It took three of us an hour and a 1/2 to get these

Nice fish. Looks like the river is still high. Is it as muddy as it was on Tuesday night? DId you fish above or below the launch?

Water's clearing up very nicely. They were above the launch. I was down from the launch, and we did well, too. 12 1/2# biggest, and #137 Orange Flash Glo was the ticket.

    YSR,

Glad to see it was good and that there actually are fish in the river. Last night Andy Couch had paying clients with like 3 fish, the Booth brothers (guides) were hole hopping and didn't look to happy and finally passed me to fish way down river (they may have done quite well done there, beats me), and I watched a friend that was fly fishing catch, or should I say snag 1 chum. We also 2 fish roll in 4-6 hours in the evening while hitting all the prime spots. It was SLOW...... You did well, good work ....lol

    Hi Guys,

Thanks. I would tell you where the secret spot is, but I have no idea. That's why I hire Norm.

It's near a bend in the river near a tree (I think).

I actually "caught" five fish. I landed a 10lb silver buck, then a chum, then I lost a silver, then I released a very lightly hooked chum, then I got my last silver.

Here are a few more pictures.

Give Norm a call, he's got room in his boat for you.

Man, I was down there last night with three other guys and we went downstream and didn't catch anything. Didn't see anything jumping or anyone catch any either. Once we got back to the launch everyone that had fish seemed to be fishing up river of the launch. Go figure.
