Default any cdnn affiliates in anch?

I'm thinking of putting in an order for a handgun with cdnninvestments.

does anyone know if any of our local ffls are set up (I.e. cdnn has their info on file) to recieve items from them?

I'm sure quite a few are, the best way is to call around and ask what they charge for a transfer, go with one you like or that is the cheapest and ask if they are on file with CDNN. Most gunshops will fax over the ffl without question if you ask.

If price is part of why you are ordering from CDNN (and it usually is) you should definitely check on transfer fees before you choose the FFL. Prices I have heard range from $10 to $50, and some won't even do a transfer on a gun that they normally stock.

nrc, I have purchased a bunch of stuff from CDNN and I like those guys pretty well. I ordered my rifles and had them sent through Alaska Tactical. Back then, Steve was glad to help me out and send his FFL down there for me. He should still have that info.
