Ok, Ok, Ok, Ok, I think we got it, just kidding. If I had a boat like that I'd post it FOUR times too.

Nice Boat and Good Name but,

dtol, I think you must be making just way too much money. I need a loan for one of those Volvo D4's

Nice Engine choice by the way. If you can i'd be real interested in numbers, like GPH at different RPM's, WOT Speed, fuel cap aboard etc. Tell Us More

Thanks Glenn. Will be heading for Seward tomorrow. We just got back from a 5 day trip in PWS. Great time. 23 halibut and 6 gallons of shrimp.

The numbers for What-a-Day are in a thread called GPH http://forums.outdoorsdirectory.com/....php/38226-GPH. Those numbers were with a light load. My cruising speed is about 25 mph at 3000 rpms using 10.5 gph and getting 2.4 mpg when I am outfitted for an extended stay on PWS including a full load of fuel, people, full coolers, water, generator, shrimp gear, etc. After 5 days out to Derickson, Icy Bay, Latouch and points inbetween, I used 108 gallons of fuel and covered 261 miles and averaged 2.5 mpg. When I do day trips out of Seward, much of the weight is gone. I only put on 60 gal of fuel and no water, shrimp gear, generator, etc and I can cruise at about 28mph at 3000 rpms and I get about 2.7mpg

Looking good, Denny! You were coming out past Portage as we were heading out last week. Glad you had a good trip.
