    Default Need HELP on ar mod

    If your in the valley and have built an ar I'd sure like to get some advice installing a quad rail. Anyone close I can hit up for knowlage I'd sure appreciate it and thanks in advance

    Go with a Timney trigger. A little pricey but great triggers and easy drop in installation. Make sure you get the right one though. They make them for Colt lowers and then all others. Difference between the Colt lower and all others is the size of the holes for the pins. I built an AR for a friend. He ordered the parts he wanted and I put it together for him. He ordered the wrong trigger.

    Timney makes nice triggers for bolt actions, but for an AR I'd recommend a Jewell. A little pricey, but you'll never want a different one after you have one in your gun.
