    Default Lost Rod; Montana Cr.

    Hey fellas,

Long story short... Pacraft and I got rammed up and swept under a log jam on upper/middle Montana Cr. Somewhere down there in the murky depths I released the death grip on my rod. Searched accordingly, everywhere, but no sign of it. Im guessing it got hung up somewhere sub-surface, never to reappear again.

Looking for a Sage VT2, 4 wt, 8'9" (probably not that long anymore). Reel is a cheap cabelas, chartreuse line. VT2 is briiight blue, with briiight green line.

If you see it, or ANY piece of it, or know someone who has. I would appreciate a private message.

    Thanks.

PS: I can pay you in beer.
PSS: IF the gentlemen who retrieved my raft and my hat are reading. THANK YOU. You guys rock.

you butt head I want to be unemployed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Hey I stopped by that world wide angler place and got a couple sculpinzillas. I also learned some thing new I might use to tie flesh flies from looking at their flies in there. And the best part is I made it out of there only spending 30 dollars!

yeah, I'm pretty bummed about it. But that's life. It happens, then you get up and go fishing again.

Thanks man. I won't say the fishing was hot but there are plenty of fish there

Thanks for being on the lookout guys. All I need is a Piece of it, just a sliver, and I'll send it back to sage.

You have to have the butt section, without it they won't replace it. Sad, but that is their policy.
