    Default Gunsmiths in Anchorage

Does anyone know of a good gunsmith in Anchorage who can work on M1 Grands. I have a problem, when firing 4 or 5 rounds out the 8 round clip, then it wants to eject the clip with unfired rounds..

Give Steve over at Alaska Custom Firearms a call. 349-GUNS (4867) He's done some work on a Remington for me with great results.

Our machinist. Mitch, is one of the few folks around who specializes in Garands and US guns. Former marine and camp perry shooter. be prepared to get yelled at if your gun is dirty and imporperly lubed. He is still mumbling at me for my filthy M1A last year
