Question Thoughts on portable electric fences?

What's everyone's thoughts on the portable electric fences sold for camping and such? If good, which to go with? Thanks!

    Default Advanced search

Hunter there are extensive threads from the past on this topic with tons of great advice and reviews, try searching the forums,

Make sure and do the "Advanced Search" option on the drop down menu under search. Probably try "Bear Fence"

yep, under the "advanced search" feature is hidden a google powered search box. It works great! The forum software (vBulletin) search is however not so good.

Check out the 4 lb kit from UDAP on their website. Shoot me a PM if you want any particulars/pictures. Nice lightweight kit and seems to work well from what little I can see. Only used it on one float trip so far. However, if you search the forum as suggested for "bear fence" you will see my post on some of those threads as well.
