Default taking family on first float

We are going with NOVA on their Glacier day trip. It is supposed to be class II and III. It is our first float (all of us). My question is what to expect? Will it be a 2.5 hour snoozefest, or is there enough to make it interesting? I am sure I will enjoy it, because anytime I am on water, I am happy.

    Default You will have fun

Chuck's people do an outstanding job and there is nothing sleepy about a good Class II / Class III ride.

Thanks!! I am pretty excited about it, but want to get the family "hooked" enough to spend more time on the water. Hopefully it goes as planned...

The Lion's Head section is more exciting, but I don't get bored with the lower part. I'm thinking class III is an optimistic rating for that section, but if the water is high it might be accurate. Right now the water is about medium flows and slowly dropping. It'll come up if we get more sunshine.
