    Default boat cleaning station?

    hi guys!!.....what do you guys have for transon cleaning stations?...want to upgrade the cutting board that is standard on the wooly....any pics, or ideas you would think for the ideal station.....thninking something that is on hinges that opens up to the fish box underneath..say, 4 feet long, 2 feet wide, with a lip to keep the catch from slipping off! thanks for any help...larry

    There are some prefab cleaning tables out there you could buy, or you could just get yourself some high density polyethylene sheeting and build one yourself.

    thanks mitch!!...i think you just set the bar......is there a pipe that directs all the guts/blood etc out the back via that trough?..what is the "thing" in the middle??..is that a fish clamp?.very nice indeed!..thanks larry

    Larry, no, that thing is the port side foot rest. It does kind of resemble a big ole fish clamp though now that you mention it.

    - yes, it's setup for both the front tray & main tray {big section} to drain out via the welded drain pipe.

    - the cutting boards will be hinged & rotate at the back section of the station

    I'll send a finished pic once completed, hopefully by early next week; can't wait to get some fish slime, guts, & blood on it!
