    Default Silver

    No spots on the back...

Why did you punch it in the snout so hard?

Silver. Kings have black spots all down their back and all over their tail and a completely black mouth.

You can see enough of the gum lines at the kype to tell they are white. Kings have such an obviously black mouth, and you can tell that fish doesn't have the black mouth.
Anyway, whats the story on the fish, if I may ask?

Bulbous kype and prominent white lip-liner = coho buck 100% of the time.

The fish in question looks NOTHING like a chinook.

    Default king or silver?

That last fish was no challenge.

    Try this one...

Clearly a NW jack silver aka coho... Blk mouth white gums, bulbous kype developing... Large pupil to eye ratio too.. Kings have smallest pupil of all the salmon...

Looks like a immature jack. Not a pink at all

I would like to see the tail. Scales too big to be a pink. Color of the mouth is for sure not a king. It looks a lot like a steelhead except for the spots on the back are not uniform. My guess is steelhead.

    Default 50:50 odds

    It's NOT a pink or a steelhead.

Only two choices here, so you've got a 50:50 chance.

    King or silver?

At least one person has it right so far.
