Thread: Fairbanks Instructor

    Default Fairbanks Instructor

I need more hours in my own TW aircraft, since I am a new Private Pilot.

I don't know any instructors in town besides who I trained with in a tricycle gear A/C.

I got my TW endorsement but haven't felt comfortable all summer to fly (only 15 hrs TW time). I feel alittle embarrassed as a private pilot that isn't confident enough to fly on his own. I am willing to pay for as many hours with a instructor, but I want someone good.

Any recommendations? Feel free to PM.

    Thanks

    Akbou,

Don't feel the least bit embarrassed. The fact that you're using good judgement and realizing you need additional instruction, immediately puts you head and shoulders above most guys who would hop in their plane and "sort it out" on ther own. You'll live a long a healthy flying life, good on ya!
