    Default cruising rpms?

Curious to see if anybody with twin 350s and screws cruise at rpm wise. Thanks.

    Hey Fnspotter,

If you can afford the gas most builders recommend around 15% of your max full throttle rpms. On my old 350's that took a chunk of fuel though.

DMB, Yeah, it seems you have two options: take the slow boat ride and trade hours for gallons or get where you're going and burn twice as much fuel of fuel.

Most marine engines will give you 2/3 of top speed at 2/3 max rpm, but 1/2 the fuel burn of wot.
