When I launched there back about a month ago it was $58. In fact I have their business card sitting next to my computer and it even says "$58 to launch" on it. Maybe they just decided to round it up to $60 so they didn't have to carry a bunch of singles all the time to make change. Not sure why they'd pick "$58" instead of $60 any ways. Seems like it would be a lot easier.

You only have to come in once with the big breakers on the beach to learn that even $60 is not that bad. I seen a few Lunds and Zodiacs rolled over the years. We spent years launching off the beach to avoid the tractor fee. Guess I might be getting old or something but we find that tractor launch is much easier on the back these days.

I remember not too long ago when it was $26. Man what a rip off!

The charter fleet comes in there and then the prices go way up. Haven't been there in a while and used to launch in the river at high tide, but then it became a gaggle down there when someone was trying to make that part of the beach a regular campground.
