Nice, a good pike is a dead pike!
Your bait stinks and your boat is ugly

If you go back in there a way the fishing is pretty hot. Jackknife Lake, I think, and the connecting one via a little meandering canal. We've had great luck in the past, but it's a bit of work with several moderately lengthy portages. Doable in a day, though. 5 lakes back, if I recall correctly.

I'll never forget fishing in the little connecting stream...threw a top-water Rapala out in front of our drifting canoe and wakes came at it from 3 directions....I love pike on top-water baits!!

Also saw some of the worst mosquitos in my life back there, so bring bug dope......

Didn't wear bug dope all day, nice breeze to keep them off and help on the drift along the bank

I fished pike last year in Lynx lake and some of the ponds back there and it was not very good to say the least. Fish were really small too.
