    traditional "subsistence" hunters with centerfire/automatic rifles, snowmachines, 4 wheelers, in home satellite dish....etc - give me a break!

    Even the article said there will be future lawsuits. Don't count your chickens before they are hatched.

    Like I been saying about the state requiring guided hunts for brown bears, goat and sheep on federal land, its a matter of time before someone finds the correct language and enough money to overturn both matters.

    I doubt ANILCA will ever be overturned. Just won't happen, in my opinion. Alaska had its chance when the it was written. Alaska's Senators had to approve ANILCA, either could have effectively "vetoed" it. I don't think SCOTUS will blink.

    ANICLA is being interperted wrong, that is the entire problem
