Default any KP brown bear tag holders...?

got some friends who have some brownies killing and harassing stock at the head of the bay. they got names of some tag holders from F&G and called them, but they all were "too busy" or had "other plans"... as a result they DLP'd an 8 1/2' bear as it was mauling a cow.
there are a couple more bears in the area that are fixed on the cattle... any body who wanted to do this hunt would have pretty gracious hosts, and all the help they needed ....

    Thumbs up

Sounds like a real good chance to get some pictures, even if he couldn't keep the carcass. Can a guy go down there and defend another man's cow?

I think what he's getting at is that there are three different hunt areas on the Kenai Peninsula (or is it four?), and he didn't know whether the area you're describing is within his area.

The answer is no. The Seward area tag does not extend south towards Kachemak Bay.
