Congratulations! May you both have a long, grand journey together.

Thanks Brian and Erik. Brian I have a friend that shows Bernese Mountain dogs. I think she is involved with obedience at the Alpine dog training center or something like that in North Pole. Anyway she told me about a young setter in obedience there, is that your dog? Also, I was wondering where you got your pup from.

Great looking pup! I think that English Setters are such beautiful dogs, I really hope I get the chance to own one some day. For now I've held off until I know I can commit as much time to a dog as it deserves.

Nice, I'll look up their web site. Paxson is doing well, and adjusting well. I have an appointment with Bob at Northern Kennels for Sat to start to put together a training program. I hope all goes well. He seems bold and smart so far. He comes to his name, and is fetching toys we throw in the house. So far he is doing well! I'll keep everyone updated on his progress!
