    Default New to AK

Moved up here to fish and hunt. If anyone is willing to go, let me know. Will pay more than my share of expenses.
Especially interested in Kings or black bear. Apparently I have to wait a year on browns but that's of
    big interest.

Stay a Winter, go camp around, break in your boots, get familiar with your rifles, gather your gear and PM me inna year when your a resident.

Then come stay a spell around here, you'll never leave.

Anchorage. It's listed under "Location" to the far left of his screen name.

Some of our south-central bear baiters might take you along once they get to know you?

Pick up a copy of the Hunting regs and start reading, do the same with the fishing regs. Start talking to people around town and reading this forum. You will start finding places to hunt and fish. Head out on solo trips if you have to and never get your hopes up, it takes time to start becoming successful at both hunting and fishing up here.
