Default I need a place to live!

I'm trying to find a place to live in Anchorage or Eagle River. I've looked at a lot and there just is not a lot available that is clean, in a good neighborhood or has what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a house or a duplex, something with a garage, is clean, and not in a trashy neighborhood.

    Anyone have anything out there?

    Thanks

I have a condo available in west anchorage. Single car garage only though. It is more of a duplex. We have front and back yards, lawn maintance and plowing in the winter. Units are all kept nice and in great shape. the condo I have it just a few units down from the other one I own

I would prefer to stay under 1500 but might consider something for 1600, but that's pushing the budget.

My condo is within your budget. I sent you a return PM. Ill be home later this evening around 4ish. It is a fenced back yard too and I just need to move a few things out still. I would be willing to work a deal on moving the stuff out for a trade on labor for a deposit too. Just need to sell it or rent it. Let me know what you think after you look at it today and the pm has the address and my number

Good places don't stay on the market long. Our neighbors house was on the market 1 day before a new tenent got it.

You might not find what you are looking for in a house in your budget, clean houses w/ garage in a nice neighborhood start at 1800-2000.

If you are a female with hot measurements I will kick my roommate out and you will have a free place to live in Fairbanks.
