    Nice work on the video.

"INTERESTING" sound track. (Yup, that's what I thought he said). Who's the artist performing it?

Wow, nice fish Bowdy. The fish in the second photo is some kind of whitefish I think, does someone know that one? Its cool looking though.

I caught one similar to yours as well this weekend, mine was a humpback whitefish I think (in the copper drainage, so not a broad whitefish). It had about 3 sets of lips, an impressively ugly fish.

tasted pretty good. cooked it together with a grayling and couldn't tell the difference. delicious.

Yours was from the Susitna drainage??? Probably also a humpback if so.

    Default DIfferent mouth

From the link you posted it has a different mouth, I'm still curious to see if anyone has any for sure thought as to what it is. Some kind of bottom feeder I'm assuming since the mouth is cleary under it.

you are better at internet ID than I am Bowdy. Thanks for the info. I also caught a longnose sucker and not a whitefish as previously reported.

First thought was that I had a monster grayling, as it felt like a hog, but I've had snags that put up a better fight. It definitely was not the most athletic fish in the stream. Tasted delicious sauteed with onions though.

I guess my 20" grayling is still out there.
