    Default Kenai?

Is that one of those elusive Kenai brown bears?

I too like the 'socks' of some of the bears that frequent my station as well. Would be even better to have one on the wall, but, such is life.

    Default id help

alright help me figure this out, im a little puzzled. Do you think the pictures are all the same bear? The one where you dont see the socks has me puzzled because the picture taken on the camera right before it is clearly the bear with the choco legs and the one right after as well but this 3rd picture apears to me to be a different bear. May be the light and angle I dont know but its the only picture out of about 50 that looks like a different bear all other photos are obviously the bear with the chocolate legs.. The pics I have posted are not in the order they were on the camera. Same bear?

That dark colored one in the last pics is not the same bear as the rubbed ones.

I see two different bears. The one with the chocolate socks almost looks like a wooden sculpture in the first pictures.

I have a picture of one browny.
    Taylor has three...
You have two... (one bear appears rubbed, the other does not, coats appear different, but it could be wet)

    That's six.

There are six brown bears on the Kenai.

That should be all of them.

Stogey, you missed one in my pictures! That sow has 2 cubs and they are FEARLESS.

I say at the end of the baiting season we compile a YEARBOOK of the Kenai brown bears that come to our bait. We'll post it here for all to see, then make a CD copy and I'll hand-walk it to the Kenai biologist.

I know for a fact that I will have at least 15 - 20 different brownies on my bait before it's over.

I wonder what it would take to get the BOG to understand that we should not be discriminating bears based on color, age, or gender...

1st, 2nd, and 4th pics are all the same bear but number 3 is a different bear and looks to be a decent boar. There are no bears on the KP so your not fooling anyone with your "Kenai brown bear" picture trickery!!

I agree that 1,2 & 4 look like the same bear but in the 4th pic he just don't look as big. Different angle?

    Beautiful to say the least!

    Default They both look...

like shooters! Must be a new species of brown bear that evolved on the KP this spring!
