How the heck do you change the plug on a 98' Polaris 6x6?
Take the right side tank cover off. Triangular shaped plastic with one screw or bolt at the front of it. The tank will have a rise in it on that side and with the right combo of ratchet, extension and spark plug socket you can get it out. I think the combo is a 3/8 ratchet, 3" extension, and a spark plug socket. If you don't have a plug socket then you will need a pen magnet to pull the plug once loose. Some times the right plug socket may actually hinder the process as it will stick on the new plug when tight and pop off the extension. It's a pain on the 4 strokes how the plugs are set so deep in the head.
