    Default USFS and State campgrounds??

When do the forrest service campgrounds get unlocked?? I beleive the state doesn't unlock until Memorial Day weekend. It seems like the forest service open up earlier. Just wondering.

    Default no snow...

If my memory serves me right, the FS will do a partial open of each campground once the snow melts. They do a about half the sights, but it's pack in pack out method.

That is the pattern. I know the FS guy around moose pass and cooper landing. When the road in is safe to travel they will open them up. The state will usually open up a week or even 2 before memorial day depending on the melt

Note: The Hope Camp Ground (Porcupine) will be closing this year for massive expansion construction.

    Default awesome!

I've always loved the Hope area, but sites were small and hard to maneuver in and around. Looking forward to seeing what they do with it.
