ROAD TUNES on the way to HUNT/SHOOT!

Okay, a little different kinda shooting thread, but last sunday I spent a good bit of time listening to old tunes because of a thread here, and it got me thinking about the "Road Tunes" that my buddies and I would listen to CRAMMED into the front seat of one of our trucks on the way OUT OF TOWN to get us FIRED UP!

So, WHAT'S YOUR CHOICES for a little bit of SPRING is in the AIR, GETTING OUTTA TOWN music?

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but isn't Hank Jr. a bit of a shooting enthusiast? I read an article in a gun magazine about him having a range on his ranch where they were experimenting with long range shooting (1000 yards +) with a Sharps. I think that was about the time the movie "Quigley Down Under" came out...Louis

Ted Nugent! Hendrix, Blues Traveler, and of course some Pantera and Metallica to get the blood pumping! For the last few miles I do enjoy some silence to let my ears adjust and get into the right mindset and level of concentration for being in the woods, to each his own,

The nearest town to where I normally deer hunt has a locally owned country station (not owned by CBS, Clear Channel, etc.). Housed in a cinder block building with the antenna next to it. I listen to whatever they're broadcasting.
