Keep them coming Steve. I hope to catch one of those bad boys this year.
Don't catch them all before I get there Steve, nice pic
Have you guys ever eaten lynx? Years ago we made stir-fry out of one that my brother caught and I was really impressed!
Brian, they are awesome! You can cook them up the same as rabbit or what I like to do is simmer it on the stove in a little water for 4 or 5 hours and then add some barbeque sauce and then add rice.YUM!
Nice lynx Steve.
In my opinion they taste great. Like Steve said, slow cook in crock pot. or ritz cracker, and egg in peanut oil. Delicious.
Excellent pictures. You keeping the hides? How did you dispatch that critter?
Their carcasses make excellent bait, so i hate to carve one up to eat. They are good eating tho. Very lean meat.
A snare on a stick/pole makes a good dispatch tool.
I can't help being a lazy, dumb, weekend warrior.......I have a JOB!
I have less friends now!!
Nice job steve , those are some really nice lookin cats you got there.
LOVE MY LITTLE SKULL CLEANERS
