    Default Wow...

Really deep powder will probably make it a late one for spring blackies in the Sound and SE.
Of course its way early in the game, and a really warm Spring can quickly change things.

I'd probably opt for a later Spring hunt based on the current snow trend in AK if I had to make my plans now...
    Whatdya think, Dave?

    Default Answer

Answer is in the hunting forum.

It took two hours today to snowblow the 100 yards of driveway, shovel part of the roof, clean off the boat and get the wood in. I could only do 15 minutes @ 10 degrees, 2 mph today on the treadmill before I felt tired. The 30 pound pack probably did not help.

I love Alaska........ will be in shape this sheep season!
