Default Tred Barta back on the air and fishing.

Love him or hate him, Tred Barta is back.

Less than a year after a spinal stroke that put him in a wheelchair and a battle with blood cancer, he is back on the water fishing ultra light lines for big fish.

His show is back on TV as well. Wheelchair and all.

Gotta admire the guy for his determination to never give up.
Just a bitter Alaskan clinging to his guns and religion.....

Yes I saw Tred and could not believe he was back on TV. I saw the episode where he went from walking to a wheelchair and I was dumbfounded. I thought he was all done for. I am not sure I could roll with the punches as he has, got to gove him alot of credit.

Love'em or hate'em. But you can't deny he is inspirational. This guy loves fishing! I saw both episodes and I loved it when he is crazy enough to fly fishing during a snow blizzard. I also loved it when after landing his sailfish on 2 lbs line, he looks into the camera and yells "nursing home my ass!". Go Tred!

    Default Right on.

Hate to see any man down like he was. Hats off to him and wish him the best recovery. Didn't see the show but I'll keep an eye out for it now.
