    Default 9.3 x 62 range report

Feb 10 0 celcius RE 15, Lapua brass fed 210 Hornady 286 sp

    58 grains 2328.6 fps 1.2 inch group
    58.5 grains 2345.3 fps .94 inch group

A windy day ,quite pleased, heavy bullet not moved much at all by wind.

Probably will leave it there for this bullet.

Nosler 250 accubond re 15 fed 210 lapua brass.
    58.0g 2430fps
    58.5g 2468 fps
    59.0g 2498fps
    59.5g 2527fps.

Groups all in the 1.1-1.5 range.

I was hoping to get 2600fps from this bullet. Of course that 73 fps is largely meaningless but I am only at 35 whelen velocities here and not much more than a good .358win. Thoughts?

    Default My thoughts

Go forth and slay things. You have plenty of accuracy and those big bullets aren't going to slow down very fast once inside a creature.

Those velocities look very appropriate. Listen to The Kid!
