Never fished it in Winter. But I would think it doesn't get much pressure. The climb up the rocky trail would be to difficut for snowmachines and most hikers in winter. Excellent Rainbow Trout Fishery. Average around 20" to 25".

I think it is 2-3 miles, mostly up hill, I snowmachined up there a month ago, the trail was pretty icy, I am also thinking about fishing it, going to take my machine though if I go

    Wink

I think it is 2 miles in, but as I remember it felt like 3.

I am quite suprised to hear someone got a machine up it. Must be studded up, eh?

    Default We snow-goed in...

... three weeks ago. It is about 2 miles, but not too bad if there is decent snow. I have an old Sport with a 3/4" treads on the track and was towing a heavy sled. Only spun out one place. Some of my students went again this past weekend with no problem.
We caught a few little rainbows when we were up there.
