    So who drew Kodiak for spring 2010? anyone waiting for the results?

    And we even have people that drew permits that are living in alaska but have not yet met residentcy requirements and applied as non-residents.
    F&G does try and release the non ressident Kodiak results as sosn as they can and they have been earlier than the rest of the results the last couple of years.

    why is it ADF&G can release the results for Non-residents and not the resident?

    It's just one small select group of tags with very few applicants. Most non-resident applicants have a guide lined up for Kodiak and the guide tells them which tag to apply for. If you look and see there are three tags available and three applicants...that's why The rest (very small amount) are tags applied for by non-residents (or Alaskans that haven't made the resident requirement) that are allowed to hunt brown bears with their first degree kindred.
