    Had it sittin in the "mix" for a month,along comes this long weekend and into the smoker she went...good eats this mor'ing !

    looks like a nice rolled roast ? I make some off the rib meat of the moose. kinda tough. but YuMMY!!


    have 30lbs of summer sausage headed into the smoker today.. man i love this warm wx!

    Thumbs up pork butt...

    I cut the bone out and "bookend it" so it filps out... 1 to the left, 2 to the right then roll it up from one of the ends, tie it, smoke it ,cool it overnite,slice it, eat it..

    looks really good, I am going to have to try that. always looking for something different to do with butts aside from pulled pork.
