    Default Looking for some help

Just to start out I am not looking for any honey holes that people have cached away. I am being transferred to the Fairbanks area at the end of the month. Haven't ever been up there for any time and was hoping to do some hunting while I have to be there. I am thinking of hauling my Skandic up with me but have no clue on where to go how the snow is up that way.
If any of you that are up in that area would care to help me out I would appreciate it. Just need something to take up the down time away from the family down here. Sounds like I'm there till at least May. Would also like to here of any lakes that are decent fishing up that way. Thanks for your time.

    Default snow?

Anybody up there at least want to let me know how the snow conditions are? Hard to believe that everyone is this closed lipped about this stuff. Not looking for specifics but just general areas or if it is even worth hauling the gear up there with me.

The snow is pretty crappy this year. About 6 inches of compressed crude at my house. Just enough to make walking a pain but not really enough for snowshoes, or skis. There are some bunnies and grouse around. There are many places that you can try going South on the Parks if your driving. If you bring you snowmachine there are many many places you can go. Just depends on what your after.
I'm going to ctrl-alt-delete you so hard your mama's computer is going to reboot.
