.375 Ruger/ Ramshot Big Game
I normally use IMR 4350 but can't find any. I bought a lb. of Big Game and can not find any load data for the lighter (cheaper) bullets such as 235 grn Speer SSPT Hot Cor or Hornady's 225 grn SPFB Interlock. I found some info at LoadData.com but am not interested in spending $29.95 to get it since I only shoot these bullets at paper.
Ramshot lists the 260 grn Nos A-bond as starting at 75.6 gr and max @ 84gr. I could make an uneducated guess from this, but I really don't want to. I would appreciate the voice of experience. Help Please!
You can call Ramshot Down here in Miles City, Montana. It is on their website. They will connect you with their ballistician, you will have to listen carefully because he has a strong Indian accent. He will be more than happy to help you out. In my experience with the info recieved from them you best work up carefully from their starting point. Carefully.
Another online site that is interesting is accuratereloading.com Seems like good info there as well. You might want to post there too.
If you are in Anchorage, there is IMR 4350 at AK custom firearms and Great Northern. At least there was a few days ago.
We suggest the following.

Start load: 80.0 grains (2800 2900 Ft/p/sec)
Maximum load: 89.0 grains (3150 3250 Ft/p/sec).
Bullet weight: 235 grains.
Start load: 77.9 grains (2770 2875 Ft/p/sec)
Maximum load: 86.5 grains (3100 3200 Ft/p/sec).
I have had great results with Reloader 15 @ 74 with 260gr Accubonds and Fed 215GM primers in the 375 Ruger.
after looking at my reloading data:
260gr Nosler Part and Accubond
RL 15 @ 76.0
270gr Hornady SP
RL 15 @ 75.0
300gr Hornady SP
RL 15 @ 72.0
In the 375 Ruger H4350 also was excellent but Reloader 15 edged out H4350 for accuracy and Vel in my 20" Ruger. I used Fed 215GM primers. My hunting load is the 270gr Hornady SP with 75.0 of Reloader 15. I was really surpised at the accuarcy I was getting with the Hawkeye Rifle. I put a Leupold 1.5x5 with Warne QR rings for the scope...excellent setup! For the lighter bullets IMR 4895 worked good with 235gr bullets.
