    Default Hatchers Pass

A couple of buddies of mine are looking to head up to hatchers tomorrow and maybe sunday.

Anyone have any snow reports there or have been there recently?

    Thanks guys.

    Smile Low snow!

It's runable but we just have not had a good snow year. So watch for rocks and holes. But I think you should have a good time!

Default Yes It might be closed

I would not bet the farm or risk a $300.00 fine without checking further but I thought I heard the gal on Thursday's Snow and Activities report on one of the radio stations say that Hatcher Pass trails were closed to motorized vehicles. That said if the snow cover is thin enuf for closure in the Rec Area that would make the rest of the area down right sporting, what with the engine block sized rocks hidden scant inches below the surface.

    Default Willow Side!

Take Hatcher Pass Rd. from Willow up about 12 miles to the coffee shop area and you can take off from there.
Or off Shirly Town Rd. about 6 miles up and then take Iron Creek trail up.
