    If anyone is interested, there is a vintage snow machine race at houston lodge tomorrow at noon.

    Man, I wish I could be there for that. I love the old machines. I had a Yamaha ss440 that was a blast!

    The other 299,300,000 people can have it.

    Parks Highway, right in the middle of Houston..north of Big Lake... on the left side of the road if you are going north.

    You can't miss it. Lots of old iron running around on the lake behind the lodge. Two weeks ago it was a blast.

    Trail boss is the man!!! He is correct, there is one on the 6th. It should be a good time, and great time to take the family out. I will post some pictures of today shortly.

    Looks like an El Tigre in front hard to beat those with modern iron.

    What year is the cutoff ? for the sleds to be a "vintage"oneor is there someting to look for Or just an old what they called a springer in the 70s my soninlaw has a o9 AC and I got 97 600 zrt he calls mine a vintage one and a lot of words to boot LOL thanks for the pics they bring backthe yester years

    I think my 2003 summit is vintage. lol Here is the rule from the ammc website:

    All machines and engines must have been built prior to 1985 with springer front ends.

    They have a few other rules, but that is the main one. Here is the rules page link.
