    Default Cut tracks this weekend

We were out riding this weekend and run across a fresh set of Griz tracks I was kind of puzzled but will be heading back out this weekend to see if we can find where it went. We were able to follow its track for about a 1/2 mile before he got into some thick stuff down low and it was also getting low light and we had about 15 miles back to the truck. I'm not sure if it was just crossing from one hill side to the other or what was going on with it. May have been out looking for a little snack to get it through the rest of Jan and Feb.

get out and run them down.. he wont go far from the den in any direction.. few miles at most.. looking for snacks..look for him on a south facing area.. under a tree or in a hill..

    Default Will do

Thanks Vince, will keep that in mind. We were able to get a good look at how wide the tracks were when it across at one spot near a open sand bar on the creek(7"-8" wide. I bet this thing would have prime fur this time of year.
