    It's a great site for planning fishing trips once you know the optimum flow rates for the waters you want to fish. I have been using that site for more than 15 years with great success when chasing steelhead.
    Another good flow rate site is this one:

    Between the two sites with a little foot work on the anglers part you can hit rivers at the perfect level and clarity.
    No more days of showing up at the river and finding it looking like chocolate.

    Thx, Drifter, that is an interesting site. Using and example (parameters), can you pls explain how your using that site to determine river condition?

    Higher the discharge, higher (and presumably more muddy) the water. The little triangles on the graph are the average discharge for that date.
