    Cool Some great informational vids for newbee prospectors

    If you are new to gold prospecting, I found this site that has some really good info on the How To of Panning Gold, etc.
    These vids are put out by the Prospecting Channel.com.
    You have the option to by these full length vids on CD also, but many of the vids can be viewed for free online. You will need Adobe Flash to view them, but it is a free download also. Be patient on the free vid downloads though. They take awhile to load.

    Griz,

    Thanks for the link, and welcome to the forum. I tried gold panning for the first time this summer while I was home on leave. I can see how it can be highly adddicting.

    Yes very helpful. And entertaining for me sitting here in Afghanistan. Once I redeploy in a couple months, I'll be ordering a video or two.
