    i ran for a Fairbanks seat but was a little over whelmed by the process, and it is very sought after here.. i don't live in delta so can not run there... in 2more years i can run for a lower Nenana seat as the Anderson seats will be open there.

    I think it would be enjoyable to be on the AC... but i have found i can affect change and input just by attending the meetings. though i do not get to vote in the final decision.

    You're right Vince.....attending and commenting are effective.....ACs hear a lot of "coffee shop biology"on the street but most folks don't attend an AC meeting to provide input.
