    Default 700 Remington

Anybody had any experience with the new 700 Rem. VRT? They list 22-250 in 1-14 twist. Tag on gun says trigger is fully adjustable. Gun has triangular barrel, factory muzzle brake. I don't see a need for a brake on a 22-250 and I am unsure about the barrel twist. I wonder what bullets it will stabilize with that twist rate. I like the feel of the gun but would like to hear from someone that has shot one.

A 14 twist will stabilize bullets up to the 55 grain range in the 22-250. Still can't figure out why Remington doesn't offer a faster twist in their small caliber rifles.
