    Ice fishing was good this last Holiday break. Weather was great and the fishing was hot.

    That was two different trips.
    First day was a lot more active, with somewhere near 30-35 fish caught between two of us.
    Second day was not as active, but we caught bigger fish. The two big ones measured 29" and 31". Weight was 6.75lbs & 8.03lbs.

    All on a 24" ice rod with 6lb line. Can't beat that fun.

    WOW!! Hell, I don't think I've caught that many pike in the last two years!! What were you using to slay so many?? Looked like it was a blast!! Keep the pics coming!!

    I was actually using a hook to slay all of them. It was amazing, everytime they would bite the hook, I would catch one. I'm using this method from now on, I would recomend you trying it too.

    I know where that was taken. Yeah gotta agree with you on the hook thing they work great espiecally buried in some choice bait..
