    Default strange eagle

Saw an Eagle in Craig yesterday with white wingtips. he had a white head and tail so he was a mature adult. His wing tips were not mottled; they were solid white. Very strange! Anyone ever seen one like this? I was so busy staring I forgot to take a picture!

what was that link? A caracara? Yup, it looked like the thumbnail you posted. I'd go look for him again but I'm sorta busy. Neat to see though. :)

I believe they have white shoulders not white wingtips.

Correct, though sometimes hard to tell depending on when or how you saw it. Can be tough to tell when they're flying.
