Default Lake Creek for silvers (??)

Never too early to start thinking about next summer. I am thinking about doing a fly-in to Lake Creek for a few days next August for silvers and rainbows. I've never been up the Su drainage that far. Can anyone give any advice on whether this is a good idea or not? I realize the fish runs vary from year to year and the Susitna rivers have had some rough years lately, but is Lake Creek generally a good place to fish?

Thanks everyone ... only two more weeks until the days starting getting longer.

You'll probably do ok flying into bulchitna lake, that bottom section is nice, and braided so its not bad for wading. Keep in mind that lake creek is super super busy.
I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.
