You might try Arctic Tactical in Wasilla. They're on the Palmer/Wasilla highway on the south side in a blue building - east end of the building. I think they're across from the go-cart track. It's a small shop, but they keep a pretty good stock.

The other 299,300,000 people can have it.

Noone has a more intimate understanding of, or deeper appreciation for freedom, than a soldier who has fought for it in a country where it does not exist.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I've only been in there a couple of times, the most recent was in August while I was home on leave. I was looking for some reloading components and he was the only one who had anything at all in stock. He has all the most popular powders - I wound up buying a couple pounds of RL7 for my 450 marlin. I talked to him for about an hour and he gave me some tips on good hunting and shooting areas. Even got on his computer and showed me on google earth.

Double Tap Ammunition is not hand loads or reloads. He is small factory in Cedar City, Utah. I am a dealer of his ammo in Anchorage. He uses new brass and quality premium bullets.
